After all, good posture and correct curvature through the spine allows the body to function from a neutral position as opposed to a stressed position.
You would never bend forward from the back and lift weights at the gym as it is recognised as “bad technique”. This bad technique creates an overload of stress and weight in joints and discs, which are not capable of handling such strain. The same goes with bad posture and the stress it causes on the spine.
